To feed family of big lads, Albert’s recommendation of Pork Shoulder with BBQ rub done in slow cooker, then shredded, browned off in oven to get gnarly bits...OUTSTANDING. Plenty left over for another meal (if it ever lasts that long ha ha) it’s unbelievable with the crispy onions and your coleslaw. Thank you !!
